Right in the middle of all the action, convient location. I would suggest improving the mattress comfort, it was pretty hard and uncomfortable.

It was perfect for one night. Very basic . Our room was 2nd floor very quiet besides birds nest outside the door singing at 3am .

Service was fine. Room desperately needed upgrading. Bathroom floor was torn/wear by toilet. Shower head too low. Television cords were clearly seen from the t.v. down the wall to the electrical plug. So tacky. Carpet was worn and old.
People were smoking and having a party outside our room at 11 pm onwards.

The front desk worker is amazing every time we’ve used this hotel on two seperate occasions. The first room we stayed in was upstairs and could use new flooring, the second room was downstairs and had updated flooring so that was nice. The bathrooms in both had no fan and the windows won’t open so no ventilation. In the downstairs room you can clearly see they’ve had issues with mold and it was covered up by paint. The toilets in both rooms did not always flush, and the upstairs toilet squirted me in the face trying to fix the hose in the tank to get it to flush. The furniture is log furniture which was very cute and it seemed very clean other than those issue. Service went above and beyond both times and of the Twain Harte options this is where I will continue to stay with the hopes that the issues will be fixed in the future.

close to Dodge Ridge, walk to dining, Swallows nested near my room, a great sound to wake to , I like birds.
I will stay there when I ski Dodge again.

The cancellation policy is super flexible.
Location is good, just right the corner of downtown Twain Harte.
Also within a manageable driving distance to ski resort (in Pinecrest).

Great place to stay in Twain Harte! Management went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Would easily stay here again.
